- You will actively participate in the process of issuing micro loans.
- You will receive and initially review client applications.
- You will be engaged in the collection and analysis of required documents.
- You will enter client data and perform registration in the database.
- You will assist in the process of preparing credit agreements.
- You will help in monitoring the existing credit portfolio.
- You will communicate directly with clients to answer their questions.
- You will collaborate with team members to perform daily operational tasks.
- You will strictly adhere to the bank's internal rules and procedures.
- You will regularly prepare reports and submit them to management.
Tələblər
- Higher education (specialties in economics, finance, or business administration are preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attentiveness, responsibility, and high ethical standards.
- Ability to work with numbers and perform calculations.
- Teamwork and individual work skills.
- Experience in banking or the microcredit field (preferred).
- Fluency in one of the official languages (Azerbaijani, Russian).
